Hopewell’s UMM
Our mission at UMM is to give all men in the church the opportunity to be
part of a group that reaches out to the local community to help where
needed. Our goal is to have three fund raisers a year to support our
mission of reaching out. Because we do different varieties of projects it
gives all men, no matter their abilities, the opportunity to be involved and
develop Christian fellowship.
What we’ve done:
1) Worked on DSS/Foster care projects to bring homes up to safety
standards
2) Built a wheelchair ramp for a family whose daughter was involved in a
serious car accident
3) Have three fund raisers a year to support outside projects; Habitat for
Humanities, Emmanuels Hammer and Foster Care
4) We work on church maintenance; Rebuilt Cemetery Entrance,
replace entrance to storage shed, repair AC drain and work on
repairs to the picnic shelter
5) We meet once a month for breakfast and project planning at the
church. We also meet weekly for a devotional breakfast at two
different locations; 6:00am at Eggs Up or 7:00am at The Coachouse
6) This year we became a Chartered member of the UMM Conference

Weekly Wednesday Breakfast
Join other men from Hopewell each Wednesday morning for food, fellowship, and devotion.
This is a great way to get a mid-week boost!
